How many quality checkout when producing mini ultrasound cleaner device?

When assembling ultrasonic cleaner devices, we make many tests. Before assembling the ultrasound cleaner device, we did all tests for materials coming. Such as adapter testing, pcb testing, piezo testing, abs housing external checking out. 
But to ensure the ultrasonic cleaner device work stably with long life span, we do several main tests when assembling the ultrasonic cleaner equipment. Below are the main tests when assembling:
1. PCB testing. The pcb is finished producing and come back to our warehouse. We will test the pcb about 20% of quantity in warehouse, then will start to assemble the ultrasound cleaner machine. 

2. Ultrasound piezo testing. Though the ultrasonic piezo will be tested one by one when piezo factory delivery to us, we will also test piezo one by one when assembling the ultrasonic cleaners.We test its power and ultrasonic frequency. 

3. Whole ultrasonic cleaner unit testing. After assembling the ultrasound cleaner unit, we will fill water into tank of the ultrasund device, to test its working . To check if it work, if button is all good and uv light can work. We make this test for every ultrasound cleaner device. 

4. Aging test. After every ultrasonic cleaner device finished assembling, we will make every unit to work. Every ultrasonic device contibously working 30minutes. During this testing time, we will check power, voltage and see the water wave situation. We also hear the sound from the ultrasonic washers. We also will sundenly turn on and turn off the ultrasound washer , to test its harshly working situation. Reguarly, after every ultrasound washing device work 30 minutes, it will work stably in future after it arrive to user's hand. 

5. Final test before package. Before packing, we will also check the ultrasound device if work again by power through and start the unit to work. 

6.Final checkout after package. We will measure its weight when finished package. 

To ensure the quality stable and long life span of the ultrasonic cleaner equipment, we do many process . All these process is to ensure the ultrasonic cleaner device is good quality, good working and long life span after receiving to customer's hand.
